C - Z Purlin Quick Change Roll Former - Punching - Cee or Zee up to 12x12ga

Quick Change, Combo C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine, With Flange and Web Punching
Quickly change from Zee to Cee profile, takes about 15-20 minutes for one person.
Width adjustment can be Automatic by programming the widths into the computer, then the machine will change web width and flange width automatically. The material guides must be adjusted manually.
3- punch stations, 2 with 2 punches, 1 with one punch. All punches are easily adjusted in the width of the material to the required location for the desired punch pattern. One station will punch one or both flanges, one station will punch 2 holes in the web, and the third will punch 1 hole in the web. Each of the 3 are programmed with up to 30 locations in the length of a C or Z.
5 different purlins with unique quantities and punch patterns may be entered into the computer at one time.
