Objektbeschreibung

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist großzügig und gemütlich mit hohen Decken, verzehrt mit schönem Stuck. Zudem sind die Fenster groß und der Boden ist aus hochwertigen Holzdielen. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt einen großen Doppelbett mit drei Decken und vielen Kissen, einen Spiegel-Schrank, ein Schreibtisch, drei Regale, eine Nähmaschine, eine Stereoanlage, ein Tisch, noch einen schönen, weißen Schrank und dazu zwei großzügige Kommoden, einen Staubsauger, einen Drucker und einen Schuhregal.
ALLE diese Dinge, und mehr, werden komplett zur Verfügung stehen, bis auf einen Spiegelschrank, in dem ich alte Klamotten aufbewahren muss.

Küche:
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck, Töpfe, Bratpfannen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Küchenwaage, Gewürze, u.s.w. Die Arbeitsplatte ist aus hochwertigem Holz und der Boden, sowie ein Teil des Wandes ist gefliest - Farblich passend zur Arbeitsplatte. ;) Die Arbeitsplatte, der Herd sowie die Fliesen in der Küche und im Badezimmer wurden von einem sehr guten Freund von mir vor ca. drei Jahren eingearbeitet, davor sah die Küche und das Badezimmer schrecklich aus. Somit ist alles neu und frisch. :)

Badezimmer:
Wie oben erwähnt ist alles neu, es gibt zwei Regale, einen kleinen Hocker, schöne Handtuchhälter, einen Wäschekorb, eine Badewanne, einen Spiegel, ein Bügelbrett, einen Kleider Trockenständer, einen Haarfön, eine Waage, die nicht nur das Gewicht, sondern auch weitere Dinge bemisst, wie beispielsweise der prozentanteil Fett und Wasser im Körper.

Sonstiges:
Die ganze Wohnung ist ca. 40 Quadratmeter, sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie sich im Hinterhof befindet.

Alles ist sehr schnell von dort zu erreichen: S-Bahnhof und Tram-Station Prenzlauer Alle ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss, S- und U-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss. Alexanderplatz ist somit mit der Tram, U-Bahn und mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Supermärkte Kaisers, Lidl, und Aldi befinden sich quasi direkt neben der S-Bahnstation Prenzlauer Allee und in den Schönhauser Allee Arcaden gibt es zahlreiche Shoppingmöglichkeiten, wie H&M, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Douglas, Thalia u.s.w.

Du hast Zugang zu absolut allem in der ganzen Wohnung, bis auf einem der zwei Spiegel-Schränke. Einige alten Klamotten muss ich da lassen. ;)

Kosten:
Die Miete für die Wohnung beträgt lediglich 900€/Monat. Internet, Strom und Wasser ist dabei inkludiert.

Hausregeln:
Partys in der Wohnung sind strikt verboten. Die Nachbaren rufen am selben Abend sofort die Polizei an und die Hausverwaltung leitet entsprechende Maßnahmen ein. Aber da man nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß braucht, um zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants zu finden, sollte es kein Problem sein ;)

ENGLISH
Room:
The room is spacious and cozy with high ceilings, consumed with beautiful stucco. The windows are large and the floor is made of high quality wood flooring. The room is equipped with everything you need. There is a large double bed with three blankets and lots of pillows, a mirror-wardrobe, a writing-desk, three shelves, a sewing machine, a stereo, a table, a nice, white cabinet plus two large dressers, a vacuum cleaner, a printer and a shoe rack.
ALL of these things, and more, is completely available, except for one (of two) mirror wardrobe(-s).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pans, fridge and freezer, washing machine, kitchen scale, spices, etc. There are even three cookbooks there, if you are a cooking fan. The worktop is made of high quality wood and the floor, as well as a part of the walls is tiled - colors beautifully matching. ;) The worktop, the hearth and the tile in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom were incorporated from a very good friend of mine about three years ago, before that the kitchen and the bathroom were terrible. So everything is new and fresh. :)

Bathroom:
As mentioned above, everything is new, there are two shelves, a small stool, beautiful towel container, a laundry basket, a bath, a mirror, an ironing board, a clothes drying rack, a hairdryer, a scale that not only weighs the weight but also other things are measured, such as the percentage share of fat and water in the body.

Additional stuff:
The whole apartment is about 40 square meters, it is very quiet as it is located in the back yard. The neighbors are super nice and also very quiet.

Everything is very close from there to reach: S-Bahn and tram station Prenzlauer Allee can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, S-and Metro Station Schönhauser Allee about 7 minutes on foot. Alexanderplatz is thus by tram, metro, or bike just a few minutes away.

The supermarkets Kaisers (high price, high quality), Lidl (low price, good quality) , and Aldi (low price, good quality) are literally right next to the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station. In the Schönhauser Allee Shopping Centre, there are numerous shopping opportunities, such as H & M, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Douglas, Thalia, etc.

You may use absolutely everything in the apartment except for one of the two mirror wardrobes where I will have store some old clothes. ;)

Costs:
The rent for the apartment is only € 900 / month. Internet, hot water and electricity is included in the costs. There is nothing you need to take care of :)

House rules:
Parties in the apartment are strictly prohibited. The neighbors call the police immediately on the same evening and the property managers impose sanctions. But since it only takes about 3 minutes by foot to reach an area with a bulk lots of bars and restaurants, this rule should not be difficult to follow at all ;)

Lage

Bezirk:
Prenzlauer Allee ist eher laid-back mit viel Charakter. Es gibt überall viele wunderschöne Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und kleine Shopping Möglichkeiten. Prenzlauer Allee hat alles in einem Bezirk; etwas für Kunst- und Kultur liebende, für Bar-hopping interessierte, für intellektuelle, für Gründer (von Silicon Allee schon mal gehört? ;)), für Chiller, etc. Es ist absolut wunderschön hier! :)

District:
Prenzlauer Allee is more laid-back with lots of character. There are many wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars and small shops literally everywhere you go. Prenzlauer Allee has everything in one district; something for art and culture loving, something for people interested in bar-hopping, for intellectuals, for entrepreneurs (ever heard of Silicon Allee? ;)), for chillers, etc. It is absolutely marvelous here! :)
